The problem

Wholesale distributors lose £200K–£1M every year to manual work.

Orders retyped from email. Stock counts done on Friday. Dunning calls that never happen. Your ERP is a filing cabinet, not an operator — and your team is the glue holding it together.

/year
£50K – £150K

Order-entry errors

Wrong SKUs, wrong pricing, wrong customer. Returns, credit notes, lost trust.

/year
£80K – £200K

Dead stock

Cash tied up in the wrong inventory because forecasts are guessed, not modelled.

/year
£40K – £120K

Late payments

Nobody owns the dunning conversation. DSO creeps. Cashflow suffers.

/year
£60K – £150K

Manual data entry

Ops staff copy-pasting between ERP, CRM and Excel eight hours a day.

/year
£50K – £200K

Missed sales

Customers who dropped off, reorders nobody remembered, upsells nobody spotted.

Why haven't your existing tools fixed this? iPaaS platforms have no domain knowledge. Legacy ERP is rigid and expensive. Generic AI can reason, but can't execute end-to-end inside your operational systems. Ordava was built to close that gap.

The platform

Eight AI services that run the operational spine of your business.

Ordava sits between your ERP, CRM and logistics — reading, deciding, executing. Not another dashboard. Not another inbox. An execution layer with a human in the loop.

01

Order Processing

Parse orders from email, WhatsApp or PDF. Match SKUs, validate pricing, push into your ERP — in seconds, not hours.

02

Inventory Management

Demand forecasting on your real SKU history. Reorder points that move with seasonality, promos and lead times.

03

Customer Engagement

WhatsApp and email agents that take reorders, answer trade queries and surface reps when the conversation matters.

04

AR Management

Automated dunning that sounds human. DSO reduction measured in days, not quarters. Every invoice, every week.

05

Subscription Management

Standing orders, case clubs, allocation releases. Renewals, skips, swaps — all handled before anyone has to ask.

06

Supplier Management

PO generation, confirmations, ETA tracking. Your supplier inbox, resolved — with exceptions routed to the right human.

07

Supply Chain

3PL, freight and last-mile stitched together. Proactive alerts when something slips, not apologies after it did.

08

Dynamic Pricing

Margin-aware pricing across channels, customers and SKUs. Rules your commercial team sets, executed automatically.

Human-in-the-loop

Every action is auditable and reversible. You decide what the AI can do on its own and what needs a human nod. Low-risk tasks ship autonomously; anything touching price, credit or customer trust waits for sign-off.

Proof, not promises

Ordava is dogfooded.

We built Ordava inside Sip Champagnes — a real, operating wine & spirits distributor. Then we rolled it out on ourselves. These are our own management-account numbers, comparing the six months before we switched on the AI services (H1 2025) to the six months after (H2 2025).

Gross profit
+57.95%

£67K → £106K equivalent on a slightly smaller top line.

Gross margin
+15pp

From 21.2% to 36.2% on comparable six-month periods.

Cost of sales
−25.1%

Cleaner purchasing, fewer errors, tighter supplier terms.

Operating loss
−95.81%

From a −£73K half to near-breakeven. Run-rate profitable by Q1 next year.

Admin expenses
−24.0%

Same team, more throughput. The AI took the manual work, not the people.

Loss before tax
−92.13%

The whole P&L moved — not a one-off, not a line item.

“We didn't fire anyone. We just stopped asking them to do work a machine could do. They started closing deals and managing customers instead of fighting spreadsheets — and the P&L moved in a way I'd stopped believing was possible.”

Why Ordava

Built for distributors. Not brands, not generic AI, not legacy ERP.

There are other tools that touch parts of this problem. None of them were built inside a wholesale distribution business, for a wholesale distribution business.

How it works

From handshake to in-production in under a month.

No six-month implementations. No consulting-led scope creep. We earn the pilot, then we earn the expansion.

Step 011

Connect

We plug Ordava into your existing ERP, CRM, email and messaging stack. Bevica, Xero, Microsoft 365, Gmail, WhatsApp Business — no rip-and-replace, ever.

Step 022

Calibrate

Ordava learns your SKUs, your customers, your margin rules, your tone of voice. Two weeks with your ops lead, not six months with a systems integrator.

Step 033

Execute, with a human in the loop

AI handles the work. Your team sees every action, with approve/override controls on anything that touches price, credit or customer trust.

Step 044

Compound

Each service you switch on makes the next one sharper. By month three, the platform pays for itself several times over — measurably.

Pricing

Priced against what we save you, not what we cost to run.

A typical Ordava customer saves £200K–£1M a year in manual work and margin leakage. We price at roughly 6–8% of that — a 10:1 value ratio that makes the ROI conversation short.

Built by operators who actually run a distribution business.

Ordava isn't a lab experiment. The founders have run Sip Champagnes since 2016 — so the AI we're selling is the AI we rely on to make payroll.

Questions

Everything a sceptical ops director usually asks.

If something isn't answered here, email us directly — a founder will reply.

No. Ordava is designed to sit on top of what you already have. We have native integrations with Bevica and Xero, and we can plug into most mainstream ERPs and CRMs via their APIs. If your ops team already lives in a tool, we meet them there — we don't drag them somewhere new.

Two to four weeks for the first service to be in production. That includes integration, data calibration, and switch-on with your team. We do not do six-month implementations — if an integration takes that long, something is wrong with the scope.

Every Ordava agent runs with configurable guardrails. For low-risk actions — logging an order, sending a confirmation, chasing an overdue invoice — the AI executes directly and your team reviews after. For anything that touches price, credit, customer trust or a material £ value, the AI proposes and a named human approves. You set the thresholds.

Corvera is built for CPG brands — the manufacturers who ship product into distributors. Ordava is built for the distributors themselves, which is a very different operational problem. Generic agentic platforms don't integrate natively with wholesale-specific ERPs like Bevica, and they don't come with the domain logic for SKU matching, trade pricing, or allocations out of the box.

Ordava runs on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, Bedrock) in UK/EU regions. Your data stays in your tenancy. We never train foundation models on customer data. We're happy to sign your DPA and walk your security team through the architecture.

We switch on one service — usually Order Processing or AR — against a ring-fenced slice of your business. If, after 30 days, the measurable outcome isn't what we agreed, you walk away with no bill. We've not had anyone walk away yet.

Yes, under NDA. The percentages on the public site come from our audited management accounts. Prospective customers and investors can have the full P&L on request.
